Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Prepare the Pastry (Medium Intensity):
- In a large mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, fat-free Greek yogurt, baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix well until the dough comes together. Knead for a few minutes until smooth.
- Make the Filling (Medium-High Intensity):
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions and cook until soft and translucent.
- Stir in dried thyme, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- Preheat the Oven (Low Intensity):
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide and Roll the Pastry (Medium Intensity):
- Divide the pastry into 4 equal portions.
- Roll out each portion into a thin circle, approximately 6-8 inches in diameter.
- Assemble the Pasties (Medium Intensity):
- Place a portion of the cooled onion mixture on one half of each pastry circle.
- Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over the onion mixture.
- Fold and Seal (Medium-High Intensity):
- Fold the pastry over the filling to create a half-moon shape.
- Press the edges to seal the pasty. You can use a fork to crimp the edges for a decorative touch.
- Bake (Medium-High Intensity):
- Place the pasties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the pastry is golden brown.
- Check for Doneness (Low Intensity):
- Ensure the pastry is cooked through, and the cheese is melted.
- Serve (Low Intensity):
- Remove from the oven and let the pasties cool for a few minutes.
