Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prepare the Pizza Dough:
- In a bowl, combine self-raising flour, fat-free Greek yogurt, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until a dough forms.
3. Knead the Dough:
- Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead it for a few minutes until smooth.
4. Roll Out the Dough:
- Roll out the dough into a round shape to your desired thickness.
5. Prepare the Pizza Base:
- Transfer the rolled-out dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
6. Make the Tomato Sauce:
- In a bowl, mix tomato passata, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Spread this sauce evenly over the pizza dough.
7. Add Toppings:
- Arrange your favorite vegetables, cooked chicken (if using), and grated fat-free mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
8. Bake the Pizza:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
9. Garnish:
