Instructions:
- Prepare the Crispy Beef (Medium Intensity):
- In a bowl, mix the sliced flank steak with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper until the beef is evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lightly spray the beef slices with cooking spray and air fry in batches for 8-10 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Shake the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Make the Chili Sauce (Low Intensity):
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Set aside.
- Sauté Vegetables (Medium-High Intensity):
- In a wok or a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced red and green bell peppers and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Combine and Toss (Medium Intensity):
- Add the crispy beef to the wok along with the prepared chili sauce.
- Toss everything together until the beef and vegetables are coated in the sauce and heated through.
- Garnish and Serve (Low Intensity):
- Transfer the crispy chili beef and vegetables to a serving plate.
