Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Preheat the Air Fryer (Low Intensity):
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Prepare Potatoes (Medium Intensity):
- Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.

- Repeat the layering process until all potatoes and cheese are used, finishing with a layer of cheese on top.

- Mix the melted butter with heavy cream. Pour this mixture evenly over the layered potatoes.
- Air Fry (Medium-High Intensity):
- Place the air fryer basket into the preheated air fryer. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is golden brown.
- Check for Doneness (Low Intensity):
- Insert a fork into the center to check the tenderness of the potatoes.
- Garnish and Serve (Low Intensity):
- Sprinkle fresh chopped chives over the top for garnish if desired.
