Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 12-15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4-6
Ingredients:
- 1 large loaf of bread (French or Italian), unsliced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Marinara sauce, for dipping (optional)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Air Fryer:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the Bread:
- Using a serrated knife, make diagonal cuts across the loaf of bread, making sure not to cut all the way through. Leave about 1/2 inch between each cut.
3. Combine Cheese and Spices:
- In a bowl, combine shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Stuff the Bread:
- Using your fingers or a spoon, carefully stuff the cheese mixture into the cuts of the bread, ensuring an even distribution.
5. Brush with Butter:
- Place the stuffed bread on a piece of aluminum foil. Brush the melted butter over the top of the bread, making sure to get it into the cuts.
6. Air Fry:
- Transfer the bread to the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and the bread is crispy.
7. Garnish:
- Remove the bread from the air fryer and sprinkle with additional chopped parsley if desired.
8. Serve:
- Serve the cheese pull-apart bread warm. Optionally, provide marinara sauce for dipping.
9. Enjoy:
- Pull apart the cheesy sections and enjoy the gooey goodness!
Note:
- Experiment with different cheese varieties for added flavor.
- Customize the seasoning according to your preferences.
