- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

- 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Prepare the Beef: Season the beef pieces with salt and pepper.
- Brown the Beef: Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the beef in batches, browning on all sides. Remove the beef from the pot and set aside.
